Private by design: this check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not uploaded, stored or shared, and they disappear when you close or refresh the page. We never ask for your photos, name or any personal data.

For adults 18+ only. The score is indicative — it highlights areas worth attention and does not guarantee matches or dates.

Progress: 0 of 10 questions
1. Does your primary photo clearly show your face?

The first photo decides the first impression. A recent, well-lit shot of your face — no sunglasses, heavy filters or group shots — works best.

2. How many photos do you have, and how varied are they?

Aim for 3–5 photos: a face shot, a full-body or social shot, and one doing something you enjoy. A row of identical mirror selfies is not enough.

3. How specific is your bio?

"I like travel and good food" gives nobody anything to work with. Two or three concrete details — a favorite trail, a café, a film genre — invite messages.

4. Is it clear from your profile what you're looking for?

A clear intent ("I'd rather meet for coffee than chat for weeks") filters out mismatches and attracts people who want the same thing.

5. Does your profile offer easy conversation hooks?

A hobby photo, an unusual detail, or a question at the end of your bio gives people something better to say than "hey".

6. Is your bio free of negativity and worn-out clichés?

Lists of dislikes, "don't message me if…" rules and phrases like "just ask" push people away. Warm, specific language does the opposite.

7. How recent are your photos?

Photos from years ago create disappointment on a first date. Fresh shots build trust from the very first message.

8. Does your profile honestly reflect how you look and live today?

Heavy filters, old achievements or an exaggerated lifestyle get uncovered on the first date. An honest profile attracts people who actually fit you.

9. Does your profile invite people to message you?

Ending your bio with an easy question or prompt ("Tell me your favorite…") lowers the barrier to a first message far more than a blank wall of text.

10. Does your profile avoid oversharing private details?

Full name, exact workplace, home area, phone number or social handles in a public bio make you easy to find off-platform — keep those for later, private conversations.

How to read your score

  • 85–100: your profile communicates clearly who you are and what you want — just keep photos current.
  • 65–84: a good profile with a few gaps; fix one or two weaker areas from your priority list first.
  • 40–64: a decent base that works halfway — start with the primary photo and bio specifics.
  • 0–39: worth spending one evening on a full refresh before messaging new people.

The score organizes the most important parts of a profile; it is not a judgment of you as a person. Even a low score usually means a few simple changes can quickly improve your first impression.
